Your first stop for the day is Elephant Falls. The picturesque waterfall lies in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya. Your next stop is Laitlum Canyons. This beautiful natural marvel consists of a succession of steep-sided valleys and gorges created over time by the erosion of soft rock. Day 3 of your 5 days Meghalaya tour itinerary starts with a visit to the Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point. This place is also known as Duwan Sing Syiem Bridge. It is a captivating viewpoint where you can enjoy mesmerising views while ziplining over the lush greenery.

Next head to Arwah Caves, a natural cave system found in Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills. Hidden amidst green foliage, this limestone cave boasts stalagmites, stalactites and fossils. The cave system is regarded as one of the most beautiful and well-preserved in the region.

Next, explore the tallest plunge waterfall in India, set 340 metres (1115 feet) high – Nohkalikai Falls. It is also the 4th highest waterfall in the world. The fall is fed by rainwater, which collects into a pool of green at the bottom.

After witnessing the beauty of Nohkalikai Falls, you can also indulge in more waterfall experiences by visiting Dain Thlen Falls and Weisawdong Falls.
