Post breakfast get ready to get mesmerized by the charm of Thimphu. We will take you to the major attractions of Thimphu such as Buddha Dordenma Statue (it is the largest Buddha statue in the world), Tashichho Dzong (the fortified and the largest religious structure in Thimphu) and the Memorial Chorten, a beautiful Buddhist shrine with a gold spire built in the memory of Bhutan’s third king, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck.

Post breakfast, our representative will take Changangkha Lhakhang monastery, a famous temple known to be the spiritual home of the children born in Chang valley. Also visit National Textile Museum where you can learn about Bhutan’s national art of thagzo (weaving). A visit to the National Institute of Traditional medicine is really interesting. We will also visit some wonderful Buddhist monasteries in Thimphu.
