Paro is the only place in Bhutan which has an international airport. It is one of the most challenging airports in the world and beautiful as well. After arriving in Paro, check in at the hotel. Relax and freshen up.
Later explore this picturesque valley and its famous attractions such as Ta Dzong, the National Museum of Paro with around 3000 artefacts dating back to 1500 years ago, and Paro Dzong, a famous Buddhist monastery and fortress. It is one of the best examples of Bhutanese architecture. Also, visit the iconic Taktsang Lhakhang or the Tiger’s Nest, the must-see attraction of Paro. Located in a remote location, this monastery has distinctive architecture.
